1 week in to our 8 week winter challenge 🥶

Who will be the ones to take charge of their own story this time around 🫡

You have 2 options:
- Sit by and read the story of your own life unfolding
- Take the pen and write the story yourself ✍️

The one main factor that determines which of the two options you end up in = your daily choices.

Remember everyday, that the choices you make compound over time.
Are they moving you forward? 📈
Are they detrimental to you? 📉
Are they keeping you in the same spot? 🤔

Be honest with yourself. Lock in and let’s go 💪🏼

Ellaine’s 3 month postpartum transformation 🙌🏼🤩

We’ve been so excited to share this with you! 🫣

🤰After having a baby, it’s completely normal for things to feel different.
Your body changes, your routine changes, and sometimes… your confidence takes a hit. 🥺

A lot of women struggle with not recognising themselves in the mirror during this phase.
But this is your reminder — your body hasn’t lost anything. It’s done something incredible. 💪🏼

This transformation isn’t just about fat loss or the number on the scale. It’s about rebuilding strength, regaining energy, and learning to appreciate what your body is capable of again. 💯

With major support from .by.sian handling the nutrition side of things + Ellaine’s consistent training here at the gym, she didn’t just “bounce back” — she moved forward. Stronger. More resilient. More empowered. 🤝

Your body isn’t something to fight against.

In 8 weeks, Mike dropped just over 10kg, and was caravanning around QLD for 3 of those weeks.

📉 If your main goal is to drop body fat, lucky for you - gym doesn’t have to be on point 5 days per week. (There’s other benefits to regular training).

🍎 Controlling the intake and focussing on steps + getting movement in where Mike could, was the main focus.

👏🏼 A massive well done to for handling the nutrition side of things - and to for being a partner that facilitates the changes in your families lives.
