Congratulations to Gisborne Cricket Club champion Brianna Woodburn on taking home ALL the trophies - quite literally. Brianna won the batting, the bowling, the all-rounder and not surprisingly - also goes home with her second and back-to-back Women’s MVP award! Snuck into Team of the Year as Captain too. What a season!

We are excited to announce a HUGE Grand Final Selection Dinner this Thursday night to support our McIntyre 1st Team!

Join us along with your family and friends as we rally behind our incredible 1st XI Team as they prepare for the Grand Final against Woodend this weekend.

🏏 Weekend Results 🏏

What a weekend of cricket as the First XI have made it through to a third straight Grand Final. The boys put on a great display of cricket across both days and was highlighted by a superb century from Brenton Cook. They will take on Woodend this Saturday and Sunday for a chance at a 3-peat and some club history! Get down to Wallan this weekend to support the boys!!

🏏 Semi Final 🏏

Semi final team is in for the First XI this weekend. The boys take on Romsey at Gardiner this Saturday and Sunday. Bar will be open and BBQ will be cooking, get down to support the boys as they look for a spot in the Grand Final.

🏏 Weekend Results 🏏

It was a big weekend of cricket for the club.

Our Women’s team competed in the Grand Final after an outstanding season led by superstar Captain/Coach Brianna Woodburn. Unfortunately the girls fell just short on the day, but it was an incredible effort and a fantastic season by the whole group.

A huge congratulations to our U15 White side, who capped off a brilliant year by winning the Grand Final. An outstanding achievement and a great reward for a fantastic season.

Commiserations also to our two U13 teams, who both fought hard but unfortunately fell just short in their finals. The future of the club is bright with these young Dragons coming through.

Meanwhile, the First XI have secured a home final this weekend against Romsey after a strong performance against Macedon.

We’d love to see plenty of Dragons supporters down at Gardiner Reserve this weekend to get behind the boys.
