With the predicted hot weather and all things Christmas on this week, there will be no fitness classes this Saturday 9th December.
I will be away the following weekend so that will be the end of classes for this year.

My loyal group of ladies have advised me that they are partying tonight (Friday) for Christmas festivities and will be unwell to attend in the morning🤢🤢🤢🍹🍹🍹🤣🤣🤣. I say good on them and have a great night.
Thus classes will be suspended for Saturday the 2nd December and we will see how we all feel next week.

Gym members and non-gym members are all welcome.
Non gym-members cost is $9.50 for ALL three classes or just choose one or two. Up to you!

Classes will not be on Saturday 25th November.
Looks like most of, if not all the regular attendees to the three classes are away or busy this weekend.
I thank them all the letting me know during the last few days.
As a result, classes will not be on at this stage
If you were planning on going let me know ASAP and if the numbers are there I will run the class tomorrow.
If not I will see you all on the 2nd of December

Classes are back on this Saturday the 21st of October at the Gilgandra Youth Club.

8am-Kettle Bell Class
8.45am- Penalty Box Cardio
9.30am- Boxfit.

Our groups may only be small over the past two weeks but they put in a mighty effort and leave this instructor reaching for the sweat towel. Great effort to all the ladies from last Saturday's class. Great work Bree, Leanne, and Nicola who did all three classes.

These classes are for anyone, gym members or non-gym members, and anyone of any ability. Come down and give it a go. Plenty of modifications to assist in completing the classes.

Non-members it will cost you just $9.50 to complete one class or all three classes as well as give you a day pass to the gym.

Classes are on again this Saturday the 14th of October at the Gilgandra Youth Club.

8am- More crazy kettlebell exercises. We will be doing super sets this week. Watch out!!!!

8.45am- Sweat time. More cardio workouts with the penalty box that will get your heart rate right up.

9.30am- End of with a Boxfit class. Last week's class was having so much fun we went for 50 minutes instead of 30. They loved it....not!!!! Hahahahaha.

Great work by Mac and Sam who attended all three classes.

Come along and try it out. Work at your own pace and set your own goals. I will lead you through plenty of modifications of the exercises if they become too hard.

Just a heads up the Gymmaster app can only book in hour lots. So when you book in you will see that Kettlebell class starts at 8am by the app. The penalty box class is 9am by the app when it does actually start at 8.45am. And Boxfit is 10am by the app when it actually starts at 9.30am.
