🐎 It's time to dust off your show gear and pull out your plaiting kit. The annual Gidgegannup Agricultural Show is back for it's 80th year!

⛔ CROSS COUNTRY COURSE CLOSED ⛔

The annual Gidge CCN is coming up at the end of the month - and that means that our XC Course is closed. We're busily working to make sure the course is looking and feeling its best for our biggest event of the year.

The course will re-open in August.

Thank you to everyone who braved the cold and wet day to come along to our pre-CCN Training Day. Great numbers, lovely people, beautiful horses.

We would like to say a special thank you to those people who pitched in with helper duties - especially those that answered the call at the last moment. We really appreciate your help in ensuring a smooth running event.

📢 JUST RELEASED: TRAINING DAY DRAWS AND INFO 📢

Thanks to everyone who pre-entered for our 28 June Pre-CCN Training Day. It's going to be a bumper day!

The weather is looking a bit wooly a couple of days before but the forecast for Sunday is good. This is great news for our water jump!

The email has just been sent to everyone who pre-entered (you may need to check your Spam or Junk folders too). However, if the email didn't reach you, don't despair. All the information is also on our website. Click the link below to access draws, maps, dress code, rules, plus all the information on stabling and canteen.

The Gidge Pre-CCN Training Day is fast approaching and entries are coming in thick and fast! Don't be the one that misses out. This will be the last chance to get on the XC course before it closes in preparation for our CCN in July.

And the winner is..... OUR GIDGE SHOWJUMPING TEAM 🏆 👏

We are so proud of Ryan (and Sparky), Emily (and Jack), Makenzie (and Charlie) and Skye (and Oakley) who represented Gidgegannup Horse and Pony Club at the Pony Club WA State Showjumping Championships over the weekend.

They not only looked the part and each brought home individual placings.... But they took home the win in the coveted Kalamunda Pharmacy Teams Challenge. How good does that rug look on Sparky? What a handsome boy 🐴🐴

Thank you to the parents, supporters, horses and our riders for representing Gidge so well. Thanks also to Kalamunda Pharmacy for their sponsorship of the Teams Challenge - we know events like this don't happen without community support. And, of course, Pony Club WA for an outstanding event.
