Hi All

Letting you know that we have consolidated Judo classes to only a Saturday from last weekend 25th April 2026.

Women only self defence (mature-minded teens welcome). Female instructor. 11.30am to 1.00pm. $15 per session.

Kids Bully-Proof Judo. 1.00pm to 2.00pm. 7yrs to 12yrs. $10 per session.

Cadets and Adult Judo. 2.00pm to 3.30pm. $20per session.

Personal training available 8.00am to 3.00pm, Monday to Friday. $20 per hr.

Women's only self defence classes resume this Saturday 10th Jan 11:30 am to 1:00 pm. $15 per class.
Come as you are. No special clothing, equipment, fitness level or previous experience required. Bring your mum, sister, aunty, work colleague, or bestie and have some fun learning together.
Build confidence in a safe and supportive environment. Learn real life, practical skills.

Tuesday and Thursday
9 - 12 years old 5 to 6 pm $10 session
Cadets and adults 6 to 8 pm $20 per session

Great turn out for our first women's self-defence class of 2025. We hope you all had fun and we'll see you again next week. If you're still interested in joining us, it's not a set course as such: any one can join any time. You can go at your own pace.
