The Oceanic Taekwon-Do Academy has been established in Geraldton, Western Australia since 1996. The Club teaches the true for of Taekwon-Do (ITF) as passed down from the founder of Taekwon-Do, General Choi Hong Hi. Training regularly in Taekwon-Do has many benefits. You will quickly experience improvements in both your fitness and flexibility that in turn improves your overall feeling of well bein

g. Over time as your skill in Taekwon-Do improves your confidence and self defence ability will grow. As well as physical improvement Taekwon-Do nurtures mental improvement too. Its tenets or rules (of Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self Control and Indomitable Spirit) must go hand in hand with the physical activities otherwise the student will not be permitted to continue. The most important thing when considering starting out in our Taekwon-Do classes is....that they are fun. Whilst respect for your instructors, those around you and yourself are important, this does not mean we don't enjoy ourselves! Our classes are located in and around Geraldton, Western Australia:

Oceanic Taekwon-Do would like to extend a massive congratulations to our Head Coach for the tournament, Jett Bradley , for an outstanding campaign at the AAITF Open Nationals!
Jett balanced the immense responsibility of coaching our team to a fantastic 4th overall club finish, while also dominating on the competition floor himself.

🇦🇺 Selected for the Australian Team (Special Technique) for 2027!

Great weekend for our Oceanic team at the AAITF Open National Taekwon-Do Championships.👊
A team of 17 members across all disciplines.
32 medals in total.....and Mr Jett Bradley being selected for the Australian Team for 2027.
15 gold🥇, 6 silver 🥈and 11 bronze🥉.
4th place overall club out of 12 clubs with 178 competitors in attendance.....fantastic result.💪🥋

We're kicking off with our Beginners' Tigers classes today at 4:45, followed by the Advanced Tigers at 5:15pm.
