Are you seeking a short-term adventure in the heart of East Gippsland? Karoonda Park, a family-owned farm with over 40 years of history, invites enthusiastic WWOOFers (World Wide Opportunities on Organic Farms) to join our team for a unique work-exchange experience.
About Karoonda Park:
At Karoonda Park, we blend farming traditions with hosting outdoor activities for groups. Whether you're helping with daily farm chores or assisting in our kitchen during group visits, every day brings something new to learn and enjoy.
Position: WWOOFer (Work-Exchange Participant)
Location: Karoonda Park, East Gippsland, Victoria
Duration: Short-term (2-3 weeks)
What We Offer:

Responsibilities:
• Farm Help: Assist with daily farm tasks such as animal care, gardening and general maintenance.
• Fire Recovery and Reforestation: Participate in fire recovery efforts including propagation and planting to help restore the landscape.
• Kitchen Support: Help prepare and clean up meals for visiting groups.
• Guest Interaction: Ensure a welcoming environment for our guests.
What We’re Looking For:
• Adaptability: Ready to pitch in wherever needed.
• Passion for Farm Life: Excited about sustainable living and farm hospitality.
• Team Spirit: Enjoy collaborating with others.
• Availability: Commitment to a 2-3 week stay.
• Safety Check: Must provide a valid Working with Children Check.
• References: Able to provide three references to support your application.
