I don’t know about you. But I like the idea of working and learning within a team that supports curiosity, vulnerability and collective growth. Where challenges are seen as obstacles to overcome collectively, and success is shared.

At 𝗠𝗢𝗩𝗘, we use VALD technology to collect objective data on strength, power, balance, movement and performance.
But the data itself is only part of the picture.
The real value comes from interpreting what it means for you — alongside your goals, training history, injury history, sport and previous results.

We’re not just asking “What’s the number?”
We’re asking:
What does it mean, and what do we do with it?
Data alone offers nothing. Good testing should help guide better decisions.

3 reasons why knowing your “why” gives purpose to every day

1. It gives hard work purpose.
When you know what you’re working towards, the long days and sacrifices feel more worthwhile.
Balance is important, but big goals/big dreams often coincide with an element of hustling.
When there’s purpose, the hustle doesn’t feel like such a drag.

2. It helps you make better decisions.
Your “why” becomes your compass, helping you decide what deserves your time, energy and attention. Direction-less hard work, doesn’t give your brain a rewarding hit of dopamine like purpose-driven goals.

3. It keeps you moving forward.
Whether it’s financial freedom, more time with family, travel, health or creating a life you love, knowing what you’re building towards makes it easier to keep showing up.

Side note* - if you’re a clinician keen to level up your clinical skills, come join The Clinical Collective - it’s free, fun and definitely what you’re missing as a new-grad.

Most back pain doesn't need a scan, a specialist, or six weeks off.

It needs someone to work out what's actually driving it, tell you the truth about it, and give you a plan you'll genuinely do.

That's a 45-minute conversation, not a lifetime of appointments.

Both clinics have space this week.

There's no one right posture.

No perfect way to sit, stand or lift. Researchers keep looking for the posture that protects you from pain, and keep not finding it.

Your best posture is usually your next one.

Are you getting the most out of your physio?

>> Imagine getting more than 1 set of eyes, ears or hands working on your case.
>> Imagine if there was a whole team behind the scenes curious about solving tricky cases by offering different perspectives when the needle isn’t moving or progress stagnates.

Well that’s what you get at Move
- Team treating for tricky / complex cases (in consult or behind the scenes)
- Senior support when needed
- Team treating between modality’s for superior results

We don’t understand why most clinics don’t operate this way

That sharp pain on the outside of your hip when you lie on your side?

It usually gets called bursitis. It usually isn't.

Most of the time it's gluteal tendinopathy and the glute med and min tendons getting compressed where they wrap over the bone. The bursa is an innocent bystander taking the blame.

Why the label matters: the treatment is different. Stretching it, crossing your legs, sleeping on that side, sitting with your knees together and all of those compress the tendon further. Loading it properly settles it down.

The LEAP trial, published in the BMJ, compared education plus targeted exercise against a cortisone injection. The exercise group did better at 8 weeks, and were still ahead at 12 months.

Cortisone can buy you time. It doesn't build a tendon.
