CorePlus Geelong x Ark Recovery

This Saturday for our 8:00am Hot Mat Pilates class we're teaming up with the team from Ark Recovery for a special community class, and we'd love to see our members there!

Recovery is one of the most important pieces of the fitness puzzle, yet it's often overlooked. Whether you're training for performance, building strength, improving mobility or simply wanting to feel your best day-to-day, how you recover has a huge impact on the results you achieve.

We're excited to welcome Josh, owner of Ark Recovery, who will be joining us to share his expertise on all things recovery. Josh is passionate about helping people move better, recover faster and get more out of their training through evidence-based recovery methods.

Ark Recovery brings elite-level recovery services to athletes and active individuals of all levels, with therapies including hot and cold recovery, compression therapy, infrared sauna and dry massage treatments. Their goal is simple: help you train more consistently, reduce injury risk and perform at your best.

This is a great opportunity to connect with another incredible local Geelong business, ask questions, learn something new and discover how prioritising recovery could take your training and wellbeing to the next level.
