Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible gym mums in our Moore Than Fitness community 💐

The mums who somehow juggle work, school drop-offs, sport runs, meal prep, life admin… and still make time to show up for themselves.
Not always perfectly. Not always with energy. But they show up anyway.

We know some workouts happen after sleepless nights.
Some sessions include hiding in the gym for 45 minutes of peace and quiet 😂
And sometimes just making it through the doors is the biggest win of all.

Thank you for being role models to your families, supporters to each other, and such an important part of our community.

Today we celebrate you ❤️

You don’t need to lift the heaviest weights, run the fastest times, or compete with the person next to you.

The gym isn’t about proving yourself to others.
It’s about showing up for yourself.

Train because you want more energy.
Train because you want confidence.
Train because you want to feel good.
Train because you deserve time that’s focused on you and your health and wellbeing.

Other people can inspire you, motivate you, and push you to be better — but at the end of the day, your journey is your own.

Progress looks different for everyone.
What matters most is that you keep turning up.

Prioritise yourself.
Make the time.
Back yourself.

We’re excited to bring back our Kids Strength & Conditioning Program, designed specifically for ages 10–14.

These sessions focus on:
• Building foundational strength and conditioning
• Improving mobility and movement skills
• Boosting confidence and coordination
• Most importantly having fun in a safe, supportive environment

This program is ideal for:
✔️ Kids looking for an alternative to traditional sport
✔️ Young athletes wanting to build strength and reduce injury risk
✔️ Beginners with no gym or training experience

Program details:
🚨 Starting Monday 9th Feb
📅 Every Mondays during Term 1 at 4:15pm
👥 Classes capped at 12 participants
💲 $100 for the term

All sessions are professionally coached, age appropriate, and focused on long term athletic development, not just workouts.
