WONDER Yoga is on the lookout for a special human to join our teaching team.

Ideally, you’ll be:
✨ Pilates and/or Barre trained
✨ Available Wednesdays + Sundays
✨ Warm, reliable and community-minded
✨ Someone who genuinely loves movement and people
✨ Passionate about inclusivity and creating spaces where everybody feels welcome

The Supported Spine: Twisting with Strength + Stability
A 2-hour all-levels masterclass focused on building strength from the ground up. Through active glute engagement, targeted drills and mindful sequencing, you’ll learn how to create a powerful foundation through the hips and lower body so your spinal twists feel more spacious, supported and free.

An Open Invitation: A Gentle Approach to Backbends
A mindful exploration of spinal extension designed to gently mobilise the upper back, hip flexors and shoulders. With a focus on breath, sustainable alignment and softer transitions, this workshop invites you to experience backbending with more ease, grace and confidence.

If you’ve ever stood in a balancing posture — foot shaking, ankle working overtime, mind quietly panicking — you’ll know… the wobble is real.

But here’s the thing.

Step outside on a windy day and look at the trees.
They’re not rigid. They don’t grip. They move.

They bend, sway, adjust — and that’s exactly what keeps them standing.

Balance in yoga isn’t about being perfectly still.
It’s about learning the difference between focus and grip.

✨ Focus is steady, aware, responsive
✨ Grip is tight, controlling, and exhausting

When we grip, we fall faster.
When we soften just enough, we find something much more powerful — adaptability.

On the mat, that might look like a wobbly tree pose.
In life, it might look like navigating change, uncertainty, or the unexpected.

The goal isn’t to eliminate the wobble.
It’s to learn how to stay with it.

A space for your teen to move, breathe, reset — and just be.

In a world that moves fast and asks a lot of them, this 9-week course offers something different. A chance to slow down, build confidence, and feel more at home in their body.

Led by Ruby McKay, this course is designed specifically for teens aged 12–15 — blending movement, mindfulness and real-life tools to support them both on and off the mat.

🌈 Build resilience + regulate stress
💪 Improve strength, mobility + body awareness
💖 Foster confidence + self-acceptance
🌿 Learn to pause, reset and reconnect

This is more than just a class — it’s a foundation they’ll carry with them.
