Improving cardio health, improving balance, footwork and coordination. It’s great for toning thighs, shins and calf muscles. Best of all it’s inexpensive and can be done anytime anywhere.

I never miss breakfast. I think this meal sets you up for the day! I make, in bulk, the Lucefit muesli then I add Greek yogurt, almond milk/soy milk and some fruit. 🍓🍐🍏
