SPEED: 20 meter sprint test
POWER: Vertical jump test
AGILITY: Agility test
ENDURANCE: 2km time trial
SKILLS: General football skills station with Geelong Cats coaches

WHAT TO BRING:
Water bottle (some hydration is provided)
Comfortable athletic attire (Please note: Singlets will be provided at registration but sizing is limited. You may wear shorts or leggings)
Runners (no football boots are required)
Hat & sunscreen

WHAT DOES THE FEE COVER?
Registration fee of $25 covers venue hire, staffing, singlet (to wear and take home) and administration.
