Jess joined the team last year, and we absolutely LOVE having her on the floor with us! 🙌

From the moment you walk through the doors, Jess brings the energy, the motivation, and the biggest smile. She’ll have you pushing harder, lifting heavier, and leaving every session feeling like a superstar ⭐️💪 Her positive attitude is contagious, and her passion for helping our members achieve their goals shines through every class she coaches.

When she’s not firing up sessions at F45, Jess is dominating the court playing A-Grade netball for the Belmont Lions 🏐🔥. She’s also a fan of a good sleep-in, catching up with friends, and never says no to a great feed! 🍔☕️
