A massive shoutout to one of our own awesome team members Emily!!

On Thursday, Emily and her team competed in the Qld Surf Life Saving State Championships in the Open 5 Person R&R (rescue and resuscitation) event. The 5-Person R&R event is a traditional Surf Life Saving competition that simulates a real-life rescue using a reel, line and belt to, retrieve and revive (through simulated CPR) a patient. It is a highly disciplined, team-based event where precision, technique, and timing are judged. Emily and her team won the gold medal and are now the very proud state champions!!
