😢The End Of An Era Has Come 😢
It's with a tear in my eyes that after 33yrs 7months ( and I have been there for everyone one of them) it is with regret that I inform the Gayndah Community that the Gayndah YMCA will be closing it's doors for the final time on Sunday 13th November. We will be working with the numerous groups that use the facility to find them a new home, we don't want anyone left without a roof over their heads. I would like to thank the Gayndah Community for their support to us over those years and for all the great times that we have had and the many laughs we have had at the Y. It has come to a stage where we cannot meet all the requirements required to be part of the YMCA movement. I have tonight tried to contact all our directors, volunteers and users to let them know in person of our closure. I apologise if I have missed anyone. We will be holding a meeting of all groups that use the facility on Monday 17 October, 4.30pm. Again thanks for your support. Dael , President, Gayndah YMCA.
