A busy week on the tools. This particular job was to replace a damaged rear derailleur wire on a 2019 Giant Trinity Advanced running Shimano Ultegra Di2. Access to junction box required removal of cranks and pressfit bb, some relatively simple internal routing, followed by a E-tube check of firmware. Nice to breath new life into this thoroughbred ready for a Sunday hitout.

Great customer, great bike. So many memories made and still to make on this Giant Bicycles Revolt.
Drivetrain starting feel a bit tired though, and brakes a little spongy. But with new SRAM pc1130 & 40T x-sync on the drivetrain and a routine brake service/bleed, and it's back to its old self and ready for years of reliable service.

This all Japanese made classic is in for some routine maintenance. Check the quality components. Tange Chromo Tubing and Tange headset, Dia-comp brakes, Araya (27 × 1 1/4) rims, Sugino drivetrain 3 x 6 indexed rear and friction front downtube shifters, elliptical front chainrings.

This interesting machine (voodoo) came in this week for a brake bleed and general service. The frame was Reynolds 631 and check out the rear wheel mounts/large cnc chunks of alloy acting also as hanger and disc calliper mount.
