Good dose of CARBS to start the day
-40g oats
-50g banana
-10g honey
-cinnamon
We don't need to be scared of carbs, they give us the energy to tackle the day and push through at the gym, without them we would be feeling flat as a piece of paper. Just be careful because too much carbs can be a bad thing just like everything else, moderation is key!
