From recovery to sleep. Such an important element to our training and everyday life. If enough sleep is not provided for the body, it cannot efficiently take on the physiological changes that we are making to it during training!

THE CONE GAME!!
2 lines of people facing each other -> 1 cone between 2
Coach calls ‘Heads, Shoulders, Knees, Toes, Cone!’ (They will try to trick you!!

Train to the class to earn yourself a medal for points for your team!! Adjusting intensity throughout to achieve each heart rate prescription can be tricky but now’s your chance to put your training and what you’ve learned about your limits to the test!
