Lifetime PB right here! 115kg for a double, not once but 3 times. Tonight’s workout was 5x2 I managed 3x2 and the 4th I made 1 and 3/4 lifts haha. Failed a number of times in that 18 minute block so not all smooth sailing! Considering I was stuck at 107.5kg for ages….it has really unlocked in the last 6 months. Consistency and mindset is key to pushing your limits. 👌🏻 Chase those goals peeps 💪🏻

Strength component- 6x3 back squats with a 3 second eccentric and 3 second hold at the bottom then into PART A- 9minute amrap of 3 devils press 10m walking lunge into 3 devils press with a pair of 17.5kg DBs and PART B was 9 minute amrap of 500m bike erg followed by a sled push/pull 10m up and back @ 100kg. Keep chasing your goals 💪🏻 .training
