We are out here today at the fernvale rural fire brigade open day !!

There is so many things to see down here today!!
Markets, food, an awesome insight into rural firefighting and of course two of our cars!!

We are joined by the drivers, Sharon Waardenberg driver of number 51 and Heath Parker driver of number 9!! We also have our president Peter Parker floating around!!

Come on down, see the cars, talk to the drivers and let the kids get up close to the machines behind our sport!!

🏁 RACE DISPLAY AT GATTON SHOW 🏁

we are holding a display at the Gatton show, held here in the same place as Lockyer Valley Speedway!!

Come on down and watch us go around the track! Scratch the itch of the off season!!

We are expected to go around the track later on tonight but we have the cars out here on display just near the main entry gate!!
Come talk to the drivers, buy some merchandise and let the kids have a sit in the cars.

To our amazing club members we are so excited to announce that our annual presentation night will be held on Saturday the 4th of July!
This event will be hosted once again at the Richland’s Hotel!

Come on down to Boonah Show today to see our racing display.

We have a couple of things on display for you to look at!
A super sedan, historic midget and a go kart.

Kid friendly, they are welcome to come in and have a seat in one of the vehicles, talk to people from the club and occasionally talk to the drivers.

If you are interested in the sport, now is the time to come and speak to the experts.
Our club president Mr Peter Parker and our fire volunteer Mr Keelan Haswell are down here running this display.

We have some other club members in attendance as well. We want to give a big thank you to Tony Eickenloff, Frog, Mark and Paul Garcina for helping with the display, being here and present for both days of the show showing off their people skills and a big thanks to Brett Fisher for the lend of the quad for the night program.
We also want to thank Sunstate Speedway Kart Club for having a Go Kart on display with us for this event.

We will be here for the rest of the day and night program. Come on down and get an inside look into our passion and sport.

Amazing night, we couldn't be more proud to not only hold the event but to also be given the opportunity to show the community what we have as a club!

Jaiden Santin at Lockyer Valley! 🏁
They say you can take the team out of Lismore, but you can’t take the heavy-duty dirt out of a Santin’s veins! The Santin Racing crew packed up the iconic yellow transporter and hit Gatton on May 16, 2026, bringing serious Northern NSW hospitality and horsepower to the Lockyer Valley pits.

The Nomad Dirt Culture team caught up with the crew trackside to share a few laughs and archive the action. We had a fantastic, down-to-earth chat with Jaiden and the family team. With the devastating, recent closure of our beloved Mick Doohan Raceway in Banyo still weighing heavily on the hearts of the QLD motorsport community, standing on the hill at Gatton felt deeply moving. Losing such a historic pillar hurts, but Lockyer Valley Speedway truly put on a phenomenal, elite-tier show that reminded everyone why this community refuses to let the fire fade. 🔥

We are incredibly grateful for the overwhelming, warm welcome the club and fans extended to NDC. It fuels our passion to keep standing on the gates, documenting the legacy and fiercely promoting the grassroots sport we live and breathe.

If you want to talk about pedigree, the No.17 Lismore machine is a walking masterclass. Long before stepping into the senior ranks, Jaiden practically rewrote the junior textbook, conquering a massive 70-car field on a wild night in Grafton to claim the ultimate Australia No.1 crown, while collecting NSW and South Australian state titles along the way. That’s not just luck, that’s a family-backed blueprint for running up front. 👑🏆
