Dance people understand change.

We may not always like it.

We may not always be ready for it.

But we understand it.

Because we have spent our lifes learning what to do when the music changes.

When the timing is different.

When the formation moves.

When the plan we practiced is suddenly not the plan anymore.

Dance teaches use to are adjust.

To breathe.

To listen.

To find the next count.

And maybe life is asking some of us to do that right now.

A change in the music does not mean the dance is over.

It means we find a new way to move.
