Garbutt Magpies is proud to partner with Griffith University on 'The tracking cube across sectors' project.
What is the Tracking Cube?
Designed on Kalkadoon country (Mt Isa), the Tracking Cube helps to identify and support kids (0-17yrs) earlier - connecting them with local relationships, not long waitlists.
We've built a digital platform that enables local services to:
* Learn from the people who know the child best - family, educators, community workers
* Identify children that might be struggling
* Receive clear, strengths-based guidance on what to try next
* Build a shared plan to support the child at home, in the community and beyond
* Provide strengths-based, culturally responsive care
It's not about labeling children - it's about noticing, responding, and helping sooner.
How can I learn more?
Participation in the project is voluntary - you may withdraw your consent at anytime.
Chat to Leah Leah, Christie or Carissa to learn how you and your child can participate!
