MILESTONE WEEKEND 🦁🏐
We have three special milestones to celebrate this weekend as our Lions take on Coolamon.
💛 Rebekah Bryce – 50 Games
Bek reaches her 50 game milestone after years of being one of our most reliable defenders. A key part of our defensive end, Bek’s strength, determination and consistency make her an invaluable player on the court. Off the court, she has been the driving force behind so many of our club events and continues to give back as our Netball Vice President. Congratulations Bek on a fantastic achievement.
💙 Chloe Gossner – 50 Games
Chlo also brings up her 50th game this weekend. A true firecracker, Chlo’s energy and work rate through the centre are second to none. She never seems to stop running and always brings positivity and enthusiasm to the court. Her trademark pre game call of “let’s eat!” has become a favourite among teammates and supporters alike. Congratulations Chlo on reaching 50 games.
❤️ Denise Karlberg – 58 Games
While Denise is officially playing her 58th game this weekend, we recently discovered we missed celebrating her 50 game milestone earlier in the season due to a stats mix up. We couldn’t let the occasion pass without recognition. Denise has been one of the club’s strongest shooters for many years and an exceptional leader both on and off the court. She is always willing to support and mentor our younger players as they progress through the grades and is a constant source of encouragement for teammates across the club. Congratulations Denise and thank you for everything you contribute to GGGM Netball.
