Running from April 6th - May 10th, this five week block is focused on building strength, endurance, and density.

Expect purposeful repetition designed to help you progressively increase load, improve control under fatigue, and move with confidence.

Loaded days return to Tuesdays and Thursdays, with Body classes back on Mondays and Fridays.
