HOST FAMILY WANTED – HELP WELCOME AN IMPORT PLAYER TO THE MANLY EAGLES FAMILY
The Manly Eagles Baseball Club is seeking a host family for one of our import players for the upcoming season, August 26 through April.
Hosting an import player is a unique opportunity to become part of their baseball journey while helping them feel at home during their time in Australia. Our imports travel thousands of kilometres to represent the Eagles, contribute to our club culture, and mentor our younger players both on and off the field.
What does hosting involve?
✅ Providing a bedroom and basic living arrangements
✅ Including the player as part of your family environment
✅ Helping them settle into life in Sydney
✅ Sharing in a memorable baseball experience
In return, host families often form lifelong friendships and gain a unique insight into the international baseball community. Many of our past hosts still keep in touch with their players years later.
