Our Advanced classes are designed for clients who are confident on the reformer. It’s a must try if you are attending 2-3 Intermediate classes per week.

You can expect heavier load, fast transitions and more complex movements. These sessions challenge strength, coordination and endurance - it’s that good kind of hard where you’ll leave feeling SO accomplished.

We love it, and you will too. Every Fri at 9AM.

Note that Sculpt is not suitable for pregnant or beginner clients.

We invest a lot of time into our instructors to ensure that they can deliver well structured classes, educate our clients and help them have the confidence and knowledge to progress into higher level classes.

We often hear from our new clients that they’d tried strength training before, but it wasn’t quite for them.

Some find a traditional gym environment overwhelming, some struggle to find space in their existing routine, and many just don’t know where to start.

At NFP, we provide a supportive and fun environment to incorporate strength training into a routine that you love (and will actually stick to).

Classes are designed to achieve real progress - building strength and muscle growth. Clients start with our Fundamental classes and progress with our guidance all the way to Advanced.

Strength Reformer is designed to deliver results. And we guarantee it’s a form of movement you’ll fall in love with.
