Golf is a pretty good place to have a conversation. You’ve got a few hours together, time between shots, and usually a mate walking alongside you.

If you’ve noticed a change in someone, take the time to ask “R U OK?” Sometimes, a simple question can make a big difference.

Women’s Health Week - Day 2 is To Move

This week is Jean Hailes Women’s Health Week, Australia’s largest week dedicated to women’s health. Day 2 is today, and it is all about moving - finding ways to stay active that work for you, without guilt or pressure.

For our wonderful Tee & Tea ladies, that means getting out on the course.

We love seeing the T&T crew out on the fairways - enjoying a round, getting some fresh air, having a laugh and, most importantly, moving in a way they enjoy.

Because staying active doesn’t have to mean hitting the gym or following a strict routine. It's as simple as grabbing your clubs, heading outside and enjoying a few holes with good company.

Joe is off tomorrow, heading home to Liverpool in the UK 🇬🇧 for a well-earned holiday and to celebrate his 30th birthday with family and friends.

T&T Ladies got in early and celebrated Joe’s birthday yesterday before he heads off on his trip home. 🎂

But don’t worry, he’ll be back on Friday, 8th October.

Safe travels, Joe! Your melodious tones will certainly be missed by all. 😂🇬🇧
