Energym Krav Maga is unique in the sense that together with the military framework of the style we include simple techniques more relevant to confrontation in our own streets. What you will learn at Energym Krav Maga:
* Effective striking from beginner to advanced.
* Knife disarmament.
* Gun disarmament.
* How to roll, break fall and fight on the ground.
* Learn basic military tactics.
* Develop a

strong and confident mind set.
* Develop a strong mental psyche. Classes are as follows:
-Tuesday 6pm - 7pm
- Thursday 6pm - 7pm Beginners class
- Saturday 12.30pm - 1.45pm
