You don’t have to wear red and yellow to save a life. Sometimes you just need to ask “R U OK?”.🏖️

From our youngest nippers to our oldest patrolling members, we are here to support each other through the ups and downs of life and to look out for one another. Today, and every day, don’t be afraid to start a conversation - you never know, one conversation may save a life.

🏆AUSSIES RESULTS🏆

Congratulations to our IRB Racing Team who competed in the Australian IRB Championships in South West Rocks, NSW last week. Frankston had 14 athletes take on over 800 competitors from 41 clubs across Australia and New Zealand.

Despite a few mechanical issues, our team put on a stellar performance against some of the best surf life saving athletes in the country. The team progressed through the rounds in a number of disciplines, making the quarterfinals in 7 events and progressing all the way through to the final in 2 events. A huge congratulations to:

🏅Bella, Brooke, Terry & Celeste - 5th in Australia in the Open Female Mass Rescue (out of 128 teams!)
🏅Katelyn, Molly & Terry - 7th in Australia in the U23 Female Tube Rescue (out of 62 teams!)

Frankston also finished 10th overall in the Open competition👏

A heartfelt thank you to our Team Manager (Tim), Gear & Logistics Coordinator (Craig), Patient Coordinator (Kirsten), sponsors (TGI Fridays Frankston Frankston, Mornington & Westernport Ford Sims and Finn Chiropractic Frankston), boat handlers, photographers, and everyone else who helped our team achieve these incredible results. It really does take a village and we couldn’t do it without you!

That’s a wrap on the IRB racing season for 2026 but keep an eye on our socials later in the year for details about the 2027 season, including the date for our 2027 Come & Try Day🔥🔥
