Congratulations Lou Morrey who will bring up game number 50 of senior football tomorrow against Mornington! Since coming to Frankston ahead of the 2025 season, Lou has been a great asset for the dolphins, stepping right into a leadership role.

Lou is one of those players who everyone wants on their team. Selfless and versatile, playing in any role she is needed.

We look forward to two MASSIVE games against Mornington on Saturday down at Kinetic. The reserves will kick us off at 10am followed by the seniors at 12.

Come down and support the girls as the reserves look to get back on the winners list and the seniors look to continue their winning run and climb the ladder!

A huge congratulations to Tess Neaves who will play game 100 of senior football on Saturday down at Kinetic! Tess came to us before the 2025 season and made an impact straight away as a strong, reliable ruck.

We know what Tess will provide week after week and hope to see another 100 games at the dolphins.

Another weekend representing the red, white and black.

Our Seniors put together another powerful performance on Saturday, defeating Bonbeach 112–6 with a relentless four-quarter effort.

Our Reserves faced a difficult challenge on the road in Warragul, but stuck together and continued to work hard until the final siren.

Proud of the effort from both groups as we continue to grow, improve and represent our club. 🔴⚪️⚫️

🔴⚪⚫ Seniors – Jemma Radford
When the lights are on, Jemma shines. Our co-vice captain put together another commanding performance on Friday night, leading by example with her toughness, composure, and relentless effort. A well-deserved MVP performance from one of our leaders.

🔴⚪⚫ Reserves – Tylah St Anne
After a few weeks on the sidelines, Tylah wasted no time making her presence felt. Returning to the side with a dominant display in the daytime clash, she attacked every contest and played a major role for the team. A fantastic comeback and a deserving MVP.

Friday night lights delivered 💡

Our Seniors put together a dominant four-quarter performance against Pearcedale, running out convincing 101–13 winners. A complete team effort with plenty of contributors across the ground.

The Reserves fought hard against Karingal and never stopped competing, but fell just short, going down 6–20. Plenty of positives to take from the contest as the group continues to build.

Another strong night for the Dolphins. ❤️🤍🖤
