Hello 2025!

I hope your festive season was everything you needed and your year is already off to a fabulous start. Prenatal yoga is back from 18 January, and I can’t wait to see you on the mat—I’ve missed you all so much!

Same schedule as last year. Saturday mornings, 10–11am, at Frankston South Community & Recreation Centre.

Before we dive into the year ahead, I want to take a moment to say thank you. To everyone who’s been part of this beautiful community—whether you’ve joined a class, shared a kind word, or simply followed along—your support has truly meant the world to me. You’ve helped me grow, refine my craft, and build something truly special.

Taking a breath, taking a break ✨

Hey mamas, just a quick note to let you know I’m taking a break for the next week to recharge and rejuvenate, alongside my son. Family time is precious, and I’m looking forward to creating beautiful memories together.

While we’re away exploring the sights and sounds of Brisbane, take some extra moments for yourself. Whether it’s a gentle stretch, a peaceful meditation, or simply indulging in your favourite pregnancy cravings, remember to honour your body and spirit.
