Third trimester!! Woohoo and bubba love is growing beautiful. 😊

Today is about birth and rebirth, it is Friday so Venus day, day of the feminine, nurturing and honoring ourselves. And Friday the 13, day of the Goddess. So here is to seeing the beauty in what this Goddesses body can do!
How lucky to be in this moment, present in the now, really appreciating how far we have come and how far we will go.

Love to all those honoring your feminine side reading, I invite you to place one hand on your heart and one on your belly, inhale presence, exhale I am living in my heart right now.

How refreshing it is to breathe in these words. 😊

We all find our own way. 🌟

In a world were there are so many options and opinions, thoughts and desires. It is so easy to get lost, confused & insecure.

I feel like these words took a load off my shoulders today allowing a deeper breath and acceptance of my life and a welcoming back of presence.

Don’t worry about how another says it should be done, that this is the only way, they are living from their own life and that’s perfect.
If your intuition doesn’t confirm a solid yes to you, it is not for you.

Breathe deeply trusting your own self, your own gut instincts, your own life experience and experimentation knowing we all find our own way. 🌸

Sometimes yoga is a book. It is resting it is letting yourself be slow. Be nurtured and comforted, to cocoon yourself. Last month was intense from so many angles we didn’t see coming. There was so much growth and leveling up spiritually and humanly.
So today I’m finally giving into rest to allow it all be integrated. To then emerge again with eyes that see deeper, wisdom that is wiser, an intuition that is more connected and presence that is consistent.

May this appear as a reminder to whoever reads it to surrender yourself to a slow day.

Kids - and all humans for that matter - just want to be witnessed. We want to be seen and heard for who we are. I ask my kids regularly - do you feel like you're being seen and heard today/this week, etc? It always results in helpful and profound conversations. They deserve to be seen and heard and if I'm not doing that consistently, I want them to tell me.

Being witnessed is NOT being judged (negatively or positively). It is being seen for the essence of who you are - not the way somebody wants you to be. And many kids did not/do not get that growing up.

Were you seen for who you are growing up? Do struggle to witness yourself in a loving and compassionate way as an adult?

I’ve been sitting with this quote by

‘Learn the difference between connection and attachment. Connection gives you power, attachment sucks the life out of you’

I recently sold my car, I’d bought it brand new 13 years ago! It was such a big accomplishment in my life and career. It has literally been with me through so many adventures. It has absorbed so many of my thoughts & emotions. I become very attached to it, reluctant to sell it. I don’t agree that that attachment always sucks the life out of you. For me the attachment to my car gave me so much life to live for and I’m so grateful for it. Through this attachment I found some amazing connections.

So as I let go of my little black polo I’m so grateful for all of the memories, for it playing a major roll in my single independent career woman days. And I happily let go knowing new happy adventures are just beginning.

Like most things a little bit of attachment in healthy moderation is fine. 🌸🙏😊

Best thing I’ve done all week 🙌

Highly recommend for anyone whose been keeping it together for everyone. Before you loose yourself in all the uncertainty of the past week go outside take off your shoes and put your feet in the earth. Be it the beach, a park, or your own backyard grass.
Breathe in the grounding of the earth, the warmth of the sun and the gentle breeze.
Repeat the mantra, I let go of what doesn’t serve me and release what is not mine. I am clean and clear of all debris, only unconditional love can exist within me and I am free.

As she find herself in a place of peace, resting, waiting for her vision to become a reality her dreams bring up unconscious thoughts to the surface.

Taking her down deeper into herself. Diving into the depths of what was forgotten, buried.

As the stillness of the water has once again began to move and stir up emotions, she enters this time knowing that no matter how big the storm builds, once she moves through the motions, feels them, breathes them, moves in them, she will eventually loose grip of them and they of her and let go.
