The Leongatha & District Cricket Association held its 2026 AGM on Wednesday night, with all clubs represented.
Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed as we prepare for the 2026/27 cricket season.

The LDCA sincerely thanks outgoing President John Schelling for his service, leadership and contribution to the Association.
We also thank all retiring Committee of Management members for the time and commitment they have given to cricket throughout the LDCA.

🔎 PRESIDENT & COM VACANCIES
The position of LDCA President remains vacant, along with four Ordinary Committee positions.
We encourage anyone within the LDCA cricket community who may be interested in getting involved to contact the Association. There is a strong Committee in place, with responsibilities shared across the COM.
🏏 WELCOME BACK POOWONG/LOCH CC!
We are very pleased to welcome Poowong/Loch Cricket Club back to LDCA senior cricket after three seasons in recess.
The club has reformed its committee and nominated a senior team for the 2026/27 season. It is fantastic to have Poowong/Loch back!
🏏 ALL ONE-DAY CRICKET IN 2026/27
A significant change for the upcoming season will see all LDCA senior grades move to one-day cricket, with A Grade, B Grade and C Grade all playing one-day formats.
The COM will now finalise competition structures, fixtures and playing conditions, with further information to be provided to clubs shortly.
There is plenty to look forward to as we prepare for the new season and begin implementing the recommendations of the LDCA Strategic Plan.
Thank you to all our clubs, players, volunteers, umpires, officials and supporters for their continued contribution to cricket across our region.
