I’m new to running my own studio, and I’m still learning the ins and outs of social media, business, and everything in between, but one thing I do know is the heart behind what I’ve created.

Believe Aerial Arts is more than just a fitness studio. It’s a safe, welcoming space for every body — no matter your age, ability, experience, or background.

I wanted to share this journey honestly, especially for those of you who have been thinking about trying a class but feel unsure of what to expect.
