Backing our young athletes right across Lyne 🏅

The Local Sporting Champions program is helping young people aged 12 to 18 chase their sporting goals, whether that’s competing at a state, national or international level.

For many families in our region, the cost of travel, accommodation and competition can add up quickly. This program provides practical support so that talented young athletes can focus on their performance, not the pressure on the family budget.

We have so many dedicated and hardworking young athletes in our community, and this is about making sure they have every opportunity to succeed.

If you or someone you know is eligible, I encourage you to apply before 30 April.

One last appreciation post. This is probably the first sponsor the club had. It is the president of the club . It is a long term coach. It is someone who has been involved with the club for maybe 15 years.. Lliterally saving the best and most appreciation to last. Jake McCarthy Wall And Floor Tiling (and family) do so much for the club financially and physically. The club really appreciates their support and I am sure many of the families and kids involved with the club would agree. Big thanks to Jake, Lauren, little Jake (or big Jake now 😄). If you need any tiling work big or small feel free to reach out to Jake.
