Hello Yogis

It is with a heavy heart that I have decided to draw back from Teaching Yoga for awhile. My last day is Friday 21st at 10.30am chair yoga at FYS.
I have loved being part of a Yoga community and sharing my passion of Yoga.
For everyone I have meet on this amazing journey, I thank you for being an important part of this beautiful experience
I will continue to practice Yoga 🧘‍♂️, be more available to my family and continue on my spiritual path.

As I am in Cobar looking after my grand daughter while my grandson is with his parents in Sydney for extensive tests.

Vin Yin is a combination of Vinyasa (one breath - one movement) , and Yin (where we hold the poses for a longer period of time)

A beautiful way to flow followed by stillness
Wonderful for the nervous system.

Fridays - 10.30am for Chair Yoga

Please come 5 or so mins before class, no need to bring anything. All equipment provided.
When arriving we are quiet as other Yoga classes are on in the big studio
