New Tuesday class added - Mobility and Prehab
We’re excited to add a new class to our weekly schedule commencing next Tuesday at 5pm.
Run by Physiotherapist Jeremy, of Chipper Physiotherapy, this 30 minute class is designed to support the body using a range of specialised mobility and prehabilitation techniques.
Classes will alternate week to week between Mobility (Range) & Prehab (Control). A bit about each class:
Mobility is about ‘Range’
A structured 30-minute circuit targeting joint mobility. Designed to help you move better in the gym, in your sport, and in everyday life. Each session focuses on a specific region, combining soft tissue work, stretching, and active range training to build usable, lasting mobility.
Prehab is about ‘Control”
A 30-minute circuit building the joint stability and muscle control that underpins everything you do in the gym, in sport, and in life. Attendees will be encouraged to be proactive and target their weak links before they become injuries.
As with all of our classes, both Mobility and Prehab are suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
