We are seeking someone who wants to start their reformer teacher training and be ready to hit the ground running for our busy Summer period.

Availability across early mornings with afternoons and weekends a must. At your own watch & cost - we will mentor and guide you through your training and hours.

This schedule comes into effect as of tomorrow, Mon 3 Aug. This more streamlined schedule is reflected in MindBody as of September.
As our classes are booked so far in advance I cannot amend August.

I’m from Sydney’s Northern Beaches 🥰
As an instructor, I love that I get to create a non judgmental & uplifting space where movement feels energising and everyone is encouraged to show up exactly as they are.

I’m young at heart and don’t take myself too seriously - Therefore, I believe exercise should be fun !!! (with banger songs too of course). For some, I know coming to pilates can very well be the highlight of their day so I always try to balance the burn with a lighthearted and humerus vibe.
So keen to be a part of the Palms Pilates fam!! 💚

Reformer Pilates is such a great addition for pre-teens, especially sporty kids. 💪

It helps build strength, stability, balance and body awareness without putting extra stress on growing bodies. It can improve flexibility, coordination and posture, while also helping reduce the risk of injuries from sport.

Whether they play netball, soccer, dance, gymnastics or anything in between, Reformer Pilates gives them a strong foundation to move better, perform better and recover well. 🌟
