Tonight Olivia took the reins of her very first Competition Class, and what a session it was!

From the moment she stepped onto the coaching floor, her energy, enthusiasm and passion for helping athletes improve shone through. Olivia brings a fantastic mix of knowledge, positivity, encouragement and genuine care for every athlete she works with.

As a coach, you’re not just responsible for writing workouts or teaching movements. You’re responsible for creating an environment where people feel challenged, supported and inspired to be better. Olivia absolutely nails that.

We’re incredibly excited to have her join our coaching team and can’t wait to see the impact she’ll have on our members and our community in the months and years ahead.

🔥 WINTER CONSISTENCY CHALLENGE IS HERE! 🔥

What a fantastic start to the challenge today! The energy was high, the effort was there, and it’s great to see so many people already getting after it.

This challenge isn’t about being the fittest, the fastest, or lifting the most weight. It’s about showing up consistently through the colder months when motivation can be harder to find. The athletes who keep moving through winter are the ones who hit spring with momentum!

📋 HOW THE POINTS WORK:

✅ Functional Fitness Classes

* 1 point per day
* You can attend multiple classes in a day, but only 1 point can be scored per day from Functional Fitness classes.
* Maximum of 6 Functional Fitness points per week.

✅ Specialty Classes
These can be scored in addition to your Functional Fitness class points:

* Monday Night Powerlifting = 1 point
* Thursday Night Olympic Lifting = 1 point
* Friday Night Competition Class = 1 point

🏆 Maximum Possible Points Per Week:

* 6 Functional Fitness points
* 3 Specialty Class points
* Total = 9 points per week

The goal is simple: keep showing up, stay accountable, and build momentum week after week.

Remember, consistency beats intensity when it comes to long-term results. Every class attended is a step forward, and every point earned is an investment in your future self.

That’s exactly why we’re running our Winter Consistency Challenge across June, July & August.

What an incredible few weeks 👏🧡🖤

Our awards night was the perfect way to wrap up an amazing comp month. A huge THANK YOU to all of our members and staff who helped make this comp such a success 🤩

From the workouts and weekly challenges, to the judging, scoresheets, organising and all the behind the scenes effort, it truly takes a team to bring something like this together.
While comp day always looks polished and fun, there are so many hours of work, energy and teamwork that go into making it all happen each week.

Most importantly, thank you to our incredible gym community. Your effort, encouragement, sportsmanship and willingness to cheer each other on is what makes this place so special. Watching everyone challenge themselves, build confidence, create friendships and have fun along the way has been the best part of all.

Congratulations to all of our place getters, award winners, and every single person who stepped outside their comfort zone and gave it a crack. You all helped create such an awesome atmosphere throughout the entire month 🤩

Huge congratulations to on taking out the win in Expert 2 at Round 1 of the State Enduro Series in Mornington! 🏆🔥

Benny has put together a phenomenal pre-season both on and off the bike, and it’s awesome to see all the hard work paying off when the racing starts. The dedication, consistency and effort behind the scenes have been next level, and this result is well deserved.

Massive effort mate — an unreal way to kick off the season and we can’t wait to see what’s next 👊🏽💥

🔥 HUGE MOMENT ALERT 🔥

Olivia Tangney just threw down at quarter Finals and HIT HER FIRST MUSCLE UP 💪

And not just fresh… this came straight after grinding through 80 dumbbell hang squat cleans (15kg) 😮‍🔥

She didn’t just get one either — 3 muscle ups in total.

This is what months of consistency, effort, and showing up when it’s hard looks like. No shortcuts. No luck. Just hard work paying off.

The real takeaway?
Most people quit right before the breakthrough. Olivia didn’t.

So if you’re feeling close to giving up — you’re probably closer than you think.

🚨 THIS IS YOUR SIGN. 🚨

Right now we have 16 pairs locked in for the (in-house) HG Same S*x Pairs Comp on March 15.

That’s a solid start…

But we all know this thing has the potential to be something SPECIAL.

And here’s the truth 👇

In a few weeks, when the music’s pumping, the floor is buzzing, judges are counting reps, and pairs are throwing down in the final workout…

You’ll either be:

🔥 On the floor in it

OR

👀 On the sidelines wishing you signed up
