The Club has made the decision to cancel the Any Gender 4s Carnival this coming Sunday, 31 May, due to the unfavourable weather forecast over the next few days.
A big thank you to our dedicated bowlers who support our Club, particularly this carnival.

A great turnout of 48 bowlers playing for the Jackpot of $620.00.
With 12 rinks of 2-4-2 pairs the winning teams margins were between 1 & 21.
Taking the $40.00 for the day's biggest winning margin was Lee Stedman & Dave Hughes.
With 21 numbers in the barrel, anticipation amongst the winning teams for their number to be drawn was high.
The drawn number was 4.
The winning teams were Karen Keating & Corey Holland along with Ed Hogarth & Vince Forgoine. Each team shared $310.00 each.
Congratulations to the 4 winners.

The second Open Gender Carnival was played last Sunday, 26 April, in perfect conditions.
The greens were also in perfect condition thanks to Butch and Bruce.
Play got underway with everyone showing their zest for the competition.
They also enjoyed morning tea, lunch. afternoon tea and nibbles during presentations.
At the of the days play three teams finished with three wins (9 points) leading into shots up to determine the three top places.
The winners were Forrestfield team of - Dave Croft, Clint West, Sandra Young & Bruce Ferguson - 31 shots up 26 ends won, 224.00%, 9 points.
In 2nd place Composite team of Bob, Tyrell, Andy & Naz - 21 shots up, 24 ends won, 175.00%, 9 points.
3rd place went to the Composite team of Mark Acton, Mick Kinnon, Barry Guerin & Corey Holland - 9 shots up, 22 ends won, 127.27%, 9 points.
A great day was had by all.

After our Anzac ceremony 32 bowlers played drawn pairs in ideal Autumn weather.
With a Jackpot of $240.00 5 of the 8 rinks finished with the scores 7 or less the difference.
Jim Holland & Vic D'Hoop were the day's biggest winning rink getting home by 20 shots and collecting the $40.00.
With 20 Marbles in the barrel a Jackpot was on the cards.
The number out of the barrel was 8 - No winners.
Next week's jackpot should be around $360.00+.
Nominations close at 1.15pm.
