Willowdale Performance Park Full board 5 star Equestrian Agistment centre for up to 12 horses in Forrestdale Willowdale Performance Park has been purpose built for agistment.

It's not often a property is designed and built from scratch for the sole purpose of equine agistment. This property has brand new facilities aimed at catering for the competition horse. It's located 15 minutes fro CBD. This top quality agistment centre is located in a very central location south of the river to make it easy access for horse events. We want you to enjoy our new facility in a relax

ed and friendly atmosphere. This a small family run business that has 12 full board agistment places. Your horse will be cared for as if it were our own. Full board agistement: $250 per week
- 21 individual paddocks for rotation
- electric fences
- automatic water troughs
- irrigated paddocks
- with in each paddock is a stable full enclosed 4.5m X 4m. With lights on timers
- 2 hard feeds a day (chaff & Hygain grain)
- hay daily
- rugging on/off morning and night
- individual tack lockers within large stable complex
- 4x undercover tie up bay and 2x wash bays
- property is fully enclosed with stock proof fencing
- short term agistment available (subject to availability

Facilities:
- All weather River sand dressage arena 65m X 25m professionally built with flood lights
- Jump arena 80m X 40m with jumps and logs
- Float parking
- Kitchen facilities with tea, coffee supplied, shower and toilet for your use
- 1 minute to Frances Wood's indoor arena that is available for hire
- 10 minutes drive to Oakford Equestrian cross country course
- 10 minutes drive to Darling Downs
- 15 minutes fro Perth CBD
- 4 mins from nearest freeway exit Rowley Road
- 45 minutes from SEC

Never offered before Boutique 5* Full board Agistment at a reduced price in exchange for stable duties.

ONLY 1 POSITION - Taylor Rd, Forrestdale

$100 + 6 hours of stable duties = $220 full board rate.
Negotiable on days but must be able to do most Sunday mornings. Mornings 6:30-8am and Afternoons 5-6pm. Option to pay more and do less stable duties.

Willowdale Performance Park has been purpose built for agistment. We offer new immaculate facilities and the best of care for your horses in a central location for up to 10 horses.

What we offer
– Individual green grass paddocks for rotation. (Fertilised regularly and watered daily)
– 4.5cm X 4m stable with lights.
– 2 hard feeds daily
– export quality meadow hay daily
– all rug changes as necessary
– individual tack lockers locked in the main stable complex
– 4 tie up/ wash down bays
– full enclosed stock proof electric fencing
– electric gate for access to the property

– 80cm X 40m professional built sand and wood chip mix arena with a course full of jumps
– Round Yard
– Free Float Parking
– Washing Machine
– Kitchen facilities with tea and coffee supplied.
– Shower & Toilet
– Table and Chairs

This option is available suitable applications. A paid stable hand trial will be required before an agreement is made.

We also have 1 full board position available as well. $220 per week.
