For the first time in FRUC history, three of our Moxey Farms Flannery's Pharmacy Junior teams have made it to the Grand Final!

All games are being played at Parkes Rugby Union Club tomorrow morning!

During the 2-hour clinic, your child will learn:

✅ My 3 simple points to the sidestep technique that the professionals use to leave the opposition grabbing for air, and enabling your child to score more tries.
✅How to accelerate once they've sidestepped to leave their opposition for dead
✅Fast footwork that is a must to confuse and trick their opposition, improving your child's game dramatically
✅How to develop single-leg power which will add explosiveness to your child's sidestep and their speed
✅How to perform a proper warm-up to increase their performance on the field
