🚣‍♀️ A BIG WEEKEND OF RACING FOR FOOTSCRAY ROWING CLUB! 💙

What a fantastic entry for Footscray Rowing Club, with crews competing across multiple events on Saturday!

🏁 Our crews will be taking to the water across:

* 🚣‍♀️ Quad sculls with coxswains – 4 entries
* 🚣‍♂️ Double sculls – multiple crews
* 🚣‍♀️ Single sculls – individual racing
* 💪 Masters racing across a range of events

With a big day of racing ahead, it takes teamwork both on and off the water — from preparing boats and equipment to supporting our crews and getting everyone to the start line.

Best of luck to all our rowers and coxswains competing!

💙🤍 Go Footscray! Let’s make it a great day on the water!

Rowing means something different to everyone.

Some come to win.
Some come to test their endurance, push their limits, keep fit, face challenges and experience the triumph that comes from hard work.

But there’s another side to rowing too.

For some, it’s a place to clear the mind when life gets tough. A place to breathe, reset and leave the outside world behind for a while.

It’s the people, the water, the early mornings and evenings, the laughter and the quiet moments.

Sometimes, it’s simply the place that makes your day a little better.

A place you come to not just to row, but because it feels like home. 🚣‍♀️❤️
