Well, I guess you're going to get haters at some point.
What was discussed and not mentioned in the article is how important it is to know and document each others financial standing when you move in together and to work out if a binding financial agreement is appropriate for your situation.

If you are in a relationship then chances are you're not thinking about the fact you need to protect your financial independence. One woman reveals why she bought two properties to keep herself safe.

What's your scariest moment?
I'd probably say choking on a boiled lolly when I was 6 and having the 'life flash before you eyes' experience before Dad tipped me upside down and did the Heimlich manoeuvre. What's yours?

We asked women of all ages: what has been the scariest moment of your life? From 5-year-olds to 75-year-olds, take a look at what women of every consecutive ...

How I became a leadership development expert.

OK, so I’m not really a leadership development expert but the hundreds of students, trainees, mentees across Australia and the globe I have helped go from struggling to be noticed to leading life in the direction they please, actually think I am.

I think it’s a nice side effect of helping so many people overcome their struggles after they have been floundering around & getting desperate for so many years.

Before I dedicated myself to helping people say adios to the average, plain and utterly boring person society pushes them to be, I was a Environment and Community Manager at one of the top resource companies in the world and it took a lot of inspiration & a truck-load of guts to get to where I am today.

Let’s Do the Math…
So, the reason I am CALLED an expert is because one fine day, I decided I was going to really figure this whole leadership development thing out.
For once, I wanted a solution, not a possible solution but a sure-shot, carved-in-stone solution.
And so I did. I gave it my all (time, money, effort) and I am incredibly proud of the results I have managed to get for my people.

Sometimes the hardest things we face bring about the most beautiful opportunities. What's an experience you've had that turned into something special and unexpected?

Just because you're single doesn't mean you can't be a homeowner.

Determined to be financially secure, Diana Barnes, 32, is on track with two investment properties and a healthy super balance, writes Sylvia Pennington.

Today I stuffed up. EEEEK!!!! I took today off from doing 'normal work' to get the website updated for all of you lovely people so I could run a super special webinar in the next week.

Instead of adding a page, I accidentally edited my main page. It's so sparse it looks like a forester came and harvested the page for its words!

It got me down for a moment or two but huzzah! It hasn't yet been published so I can recreate an even better front page for you all with an even better video!

Out of these two, which do you find is on your mind more? Wondering if people think you're a jerk for being assertive or understanding your value so you can communicate that?

Pop your answer below to help me choose my newest video!
