***Gait Cycle Results***

The before on the left is at HBS1 in early 2018. The after on the right was a couple days ago.

Over the two years I have dramatically improved how I move and feel thanks to and I'm slowly chipping away at my destructive behaviours and becoming a better human contributing to society.

Most noticeable improvements are:
- Improved arm line sequencing
- Cervical potentiation
- No longer stuck in hip flexion
- Improved pelvic stability
- Muscle Mass increased

Once again, credit must go to my Vine Street family .cannon .a_jagpal and .veira for all the help along the way.

Dianas posture and structural progress.

Areas of improvement:

➡️ No knee and back pain running or walking.
➡️ Significantly reduced thoracic kyphosis and forward head.
➡️ Rib cage and longitudinal decompression.
➡️ No anterior pelvic tilt and no scapula winging.
➡️ 4kg Increase in muscle mass.

Proud of the work Diana has put in to achieve these results. It's great seeing her able to run and move pain-free. Excited to continue seeing her progress.

Client Lio's strucutral and weight loss progress (swipe ⬅️ for testimonial)

Left: 109.5 Kg, left rib cage and shoulder compression, anterior pelvic tilt and shift, thoracic kyphosis, longitudinal compression, shoulder stiffness and pain pressing overhead.

Right: 94kg, decreased fat mass and increased muscle mass. Significantly reduced: shoulder compression, anterior pelvic shift and tilt, pain pressing overhead and thoracic kyphosis.

Since day 1 Lio showed a strong committment to improving his biomechanics and state of health. His ability to adapt and change his behaviours towards habits that could facilitate this change were clear from the start. He is an example to all ex athletes that daily bodily pain and discomfort does not need to be the norm. I am keen to continue seeing Lio's progress in his training.

"FP has achieved more than my spinal fusion managed, and defied medical expectations. I had planned to get thoracoplasty (cosmetic surgery to shave down my rib hump).

I have scoliosis-kyphosis. It was severe enough at 50 degrees (and progressing rapidly during my growth spurt) that it warranted surgery. I had a spinal fusion 15 years ago, which turned out to be a a cosmetic cure. As the X-ray shows, all the surgery achieved was a cosmetic straightening of my spine to a 20 degree curve and a 3 cm increase in height.

The BEFORE photo is the result of spinal fusion, and 3 years of hard work in the gym lifting weights. I was already muscular and physically fit then.

I would say my scoliosis has improved by at least 60%, and will continue to improve. I have also gained mobility in my spine even though it has been fused rigid. I can independently move parts of my spine side-to-side and separately from my hips. These small movement adjustments are used for balancing, riding a bike with no hands, and even looking behind me without a blind spot.

In addition to the dramatic physical transformation, I have more strength, improved breathing and the ability to nose breathe even during intense exercise. I have more confidence from my improved appearance and strength that I have taken up new sports. I have found FP very applicable and similar to the movements in tennis, paddleboarding, throwing, and sprinting."

Smashing the lateral lines with this agility drill. Ontop of his already hectic half marathon running schedule, Chris is putting in the work to improve his biomechanics every day and it's showing in every session. Runners and athletes... dont neglect training in the transverse and frontal plane.
