✨ 𝐀 𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭… 𝐈’𝐯𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐲 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝! ✨

The Access Energetic Facelift™ has been in such high demand, and my introductory offer was supposed to finish this Saturday. But… I’ve had several people reach out who really wanted to try it and simply missed their opportunity because I’m completely booked this week.

Then this morning I woke up with this little voice in my head saying, “Extend it!” 😆 So I listened.

𝐈’𝐦 𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐲 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫 𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐥 𝟑𝟎 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫! 🤍

If you haven’t experienced the Access Energetic Facelift™ yet, this is your chance.

And just to clarify - this is NOT a facial. There are no creams, masks or beauty treatments involved. It’s 90 minutes of beautiful, nurturing energy work using gentle touch across the upper chest, neck, face, forehead, sides and back of the head. And while that’s where my hands are working, clients often tell me they experience sensations throughout their whole body. Just yesterday, a client said she could feel something happening in a different part of her body every time I moved my hands.

Everyone experiences it differently, but there is ONE thing I keep hearing over and over again…

“𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐬𝐨𝐨𝐨𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐱𝐢𝐧𝐠.”

Some have even told me they find it more relaxing than Access Bars®… although personally, I love them both for completely different reasons. 🥰

𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝟗𝟎 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐬𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟𝐟, 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐧𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐝.

The introductory rate is now available until 30 September, but appointments are already limited.

And if Saturdays are your only option, I have just ONE Saturday appointment left for the entire month:

✨ 𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝟏𝟗 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐭 𝟏𝟏.𝟑𝟎𝐚𝐦

Once it’s gone, it’s gone.

Who needs 90 minutes of bliss? 🤍

What a week we had!

It was a busy one, and I absolutely loved welcoming so many new clients, hearing their stories and witnessing the shifts that happened throughout their sessions.

A big theme that came up this week was anger, and interestingly, I saw this with both adults and kids.

We worked with the anger somatically, and using acupressure and essences to help the body process what was sitting underneath it.

Because underneath anger, I often find sadness.

And this week was no different.

One person had been carrying anger and resentment for 25 years!! We worked on letting go and, finally, forgiveness.

I often explain that forgiveness isn’t really about the other person. It’s about you. It doesn’t mean excusing what happened or saying their behaviour was okay. It means choosing not to keep carrying the weight of it.

By forgiving, you can begin to set yourself free. And that’s exactly what we worked towards.

So, if you’ve been carrying anger or resentment for a long time, perhaps it’s time to give yourself permission to let some of it go.

Write that forgiveness letter. Say everything you never got to say. Get it all off your chest. And if it feels right, burn it and return it to the earth.

And now, let’s finish the week wishing all the dads, stepdads, grandads and father figures a very Happy Father’s Day for tomorrow. I hope you get to enjoy some quality time with the people you love. ❤️

I’m looking forward to another week in clinic, and I only have a couple of spots left next week. If you’ve been thinking about booking in, you can find my availability through my booking link.

Have a beautiful weekend everyone! 🌸

A little September date reminder

My Access Energetic Facelift™ has been received so beautifully since I introduced it. Existing clients and new faces have been enjoying those 90 minutes of pure nurturing, and I’ve loved hearing about their experiences afterwards.

And just to be clear… 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐍𝐎𝐓 𝐚 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥! 😂 It’s gentle energy work using light touch around the upper chest, neck, face, forehead, sides and back of the head, and sometimes even working off the body. The process works with the whole body, and everyone experiences it differently.

Yesterday, one client summed up her experience perfectly:

“I feel like I just slept for a week…”

It was only 90 minutes. 😴✨ She also experienced lots of beautiful visuals during the session.

I love hearing what people notice, feeling deeply relaxed, more spacious, quieter in their minds, or simply like they’ve had a really good reset.

The introductory special is still running 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤, 𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐥 𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝟏𝟐 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫.

And I have 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐨𝐨𝐧 𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐭 𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝟏𝟐𝐭𝐡 if you’ve been curious to experience it.

Another little date to pop in your calendar!

If you’ve been thinking about learning Access Bars®, this could be your sign. 😉

I’ve had kinesiologists, Reiki practitioners, massage therapists, somatic practitioners, hypnotherapists and even chiropractors add this beautiful energy work to their toolkit. But you absolutely don’t need to be a practitioner. I’ve also had mums learn it because they wanted something they could gift to their families and friends, or simply because they love energy work and wanted to be part of the Access community and enjoy Bars swaps.

It’s a small, intimate class and I genuinely love creating that space. If you love energy work, this may be right up your alley. More info is in my bio.

And if you’re curious about either of these, feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to chat. 💛

Anxiety really doesn’t discriminate.

I’ve had a few men come into my clinic recently, all experiencing anxiety in different ways. Feeling overwhelmed, a little lost, and noticing that their confidence just isn’t where it normally is.

I’m really glad to see more men opening up to this kind of work. Because men have feelings too. They feel stress, fear, sadness, overwhelm, self-doubt… all the same human emotions we all experience. Yet so many men have grown up with the idea that they need to be strong, keep it together and just get on with things.

But feelings don’t just disappear because we don’t talk about them. They have to go somewhere. And sometimes the body starts carrying what we haven’t had the space to process.

This is one of the things I love about the work I do. You don’t necessarily have to sit there and tell me your whole story. Sometimes you don’t even know what the story is.

You can just come in, lie down, breathe and allow yourself to receive.

When the nervous system feels overwhelmed, Access Bars® is often one of my go-tos. It’s so gentle, and I often hear people say afterwards that they feel calmer, lighter, or as though they’ve had a weight taken off their shoulders.

And with PSYCH-K®, we can also work with some of those beliefs and patterns that can influence how we see ourselves and the world around us.

Because some of the things we believe about ourselves were never really ours to begin with. We’ve simply picked them up along the way.

So, just a little reminder today…

My space is for everyone: Men, women, kids, teenagers. Everyone is welcome.

You don’t have to be at breaking point. And you certainly don’t have to have all the answers. Sometimes you just need somewhere safe to put the weight down for a little while. 🤍

Happy Spring, everyone!

Sending a little love your way as we welcome a new season. 💕

Spring always feels like a gentle reminder that everything is allowed to begin again. Fresh energy, longer days and a little more sunshine.

I am at my happy place this afternoon, soaking up the sunshine, listening to the waves and feeling very grateful.

Wishing you a beautiful start to spring, with plenty of moments that make you smile. 💗

Sending love to you all ,

☀️ Wishing you all a fabulous weekend filled with sunshine!

Spring is definitely in the air and it’s been another busy week here in my home clinic, welcoming lots of new and familiar faces.

I even had a client come in from Townsville while she’s in Sydney. We worked together with PSYCH-K® and she was amazed at how quickly her stress shifted, allowing us to work through several emotions. We’ll now continue online because energy knows no distance.

I’ve also had lots of Access Bars® sessions this week. I love seeing how deeply people receive. It can feel like a complete reset especially for those who are anxious, feeling low, or have experienced trauma they don’t want to revisit or talk about.

Sometimes you don’t need to talk.
Sometimes you just need to receive. 🤍

And my new Access Energetic Facelift™ has been getting lots of love too! ✨ Clients have been telling me how deeply relaxed they feel, how much tension they notice releasing and how lovely it feels to take 90 minutes just for themselves.

The special is still available until 12 September.

And mums, a little heads-up! My Saturdays in September are heavily booked and after-school appointments are filling fast. Mid-term is a great time for a little check-in if your child is feeling overwhelmed, stressed or simply not quite themselves. 💛

Enjoy your weekend!

You just know when you meet soul family. ❤️

This is one of those people for me.

We met over 14 years ago, and 7 years ago he became an Aussie. I was so honoured to celebrate that milestone with him. 🇦🇺

And there’s a little extra meaning in this for me… 19 years ago - just one day apart - I became an Australian citizen too. I am incredibly grateful to call Australia home. It really is home. And at the same time, my roots are, and always will be, Swiss. 🇨🇭I think we can hold both. We can belong somewhere new while still carrying where we came from. And perhaps that’s why connection is something I value so deeply.

I have clients who tell me they feel lonely. They find it difficult to make genuine connections. They feel like Sydney can be cliquey and that everyone already has their people. Interestingly, that hasn’t really been my experience. I’ve met some truly beautiful people here. People who have become friends, soul family, community.

But I also know that connection can feel incredibly hard when you’ve been hurt. When you’ve been rejected, disappointed, betrayed or simply learned that it feels safer to keep people at a distance, opening your heart again can feel risky. Vulnerability takes courage. Sometimes, before we can let the new in, there are things that need to be processed, released and let go of.

That’s a big part of the work we can explore in a session. Creating space for some of those old patterns, emotions and experiences to shift, so that perhaps something new can find its way in. Because sometimes it’s not that you don’t want connection. It’s that a part of you has learned it isn’t safe. When we begin to work with that… things can start to feel different. 🤍

✨ A little Thursday self-care? ✨

I have one Thursday appointment available this week, with a start time between 9.00–9.30am.

Maybe this is the perfect opportunity to spoil yourself with an Access Energetic Facelift™, still available at the introductory special until 12 September.

Or perhaps you’d simply love to lie back, switch off and have your Bars® run. 💆‍♀️

Today I had a first-time client experience Access Bars® for the first time, and she went deep. She described lots of downloads and visions coming through during her session.

And this is the thing about Access Bars®, it’s energy work, and we never really know what is going to unfold. ✨

The same can be said for the Access Energetic Facelift™. Every person and every session is different.

What is true for both? They are deeply relaxing, nurturing and give you permission to simply receive. 🤍

So, when was the last time you gave yourself some time to just receive?

If your answer is 'I can’t remember’… perhaps this is your sign. 😉

Thursday morning is available. Booking link in bio or DM me to secure your spot.

𝐀 𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐝𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐤𝐢𝐝𝐬🌙

One thing I see quite often in my work is children with an overstimulated nervous system. One of the simplest places to start is 𝐬𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐩. Many children simply aren’t getting enough of it. If bedtime has crept later and later, try bringing it forward by even an hour and see what changes.

When my boys were younger, this was our evening routine:

✨ Less sugar, particularly in the evening.

🛁 A relaxing bath, sometimes I’d add Epsom salts and a few drops of a calming essential oil.

🌿 Magnesium cream or spray on their feet if it was something that suited them.

📱 Screens off before bed. Instead, choose something calming that still feels fun such as a puzzle, colouring, Lego, drawing, a simple card game or reading a story together.

💡 Dim the lights and start creating that 'we’re winding down' feeling in the house.

💆‍♀️ A little massage with a suitable carrier oil. If using essential oils with children, make sure they are of high quality with no synthetic fillers or artificial fragrances, appropriate for their age, properly diluted and patch tested first.

🤍 Gentle touch. Stroking their back, hair or forehead can be incredibly soothing.

🎵 Gentle sacral rocking while humming, something I used to do with my boys when they were little.

🌬️ And finally, slow everything down. A few gentle breaths together, some quiet cuddles, or simply lying beside them for a few minutes can help signal to the body that it’s safe to rest.

It doesn’t have to be complicated. The most powerful thing we can give our children at the end of the day is simply 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻.

And if your child is struggling with sleep, don’t underestimate how much difference getting to bed earlier can make.

What was your child’s bedtime like last night?
