I started in Cricket over 50 years ago at the Rowe and Jarman store in Adelaide as a tacker and immediately fell in love with the smell of linseed oil and the feel of English Willow Cricket Bats. As a boy I dreamt of wearing the “Baggy Green” and hitting a big six on the MCG. Later on I spent 20 years with Gray-Nicolls including time in 1970/71 with Ted Jolly learning the art of Cricket Bat Making

and then 10 years as Managing Director – Australia developing product for the great game. After years in the industry I felt the need to develop the “CricketKit” - a specialist supplier of great cricket equipment and clothing. At ”CricketKit” we stock Gray-Nicolls specialist bats and our own newly developed homegrown brand “Crusaders” - handcrafted and select equipment for elite playing performance all made in Australia by Gray-Nicolls.

“CricketKit” is also a major supplier of cricket club clothing providing full design and management support services. With the evolution of colored playing clothing and equipment, we are able to provide a full support service to ensure your team has the best look this summer. Our technology includes the latest sublimated and heat press printing combined with recent developments in high technology sports fabrics ensuring your club has the professional edge on and off the field this season.

Hello Everyone

We have now been advised of the funeral arrangements for "Schoe" which are as follows:

When : Wednesday 16 October at 10.30am

Where : Heritage Funeral Homes, 733 Boronia Road, Wantirna.

Refreshments afterwards at the Wantirna Hill Club at 11.30am - this is immediately next door to the Funeral Directors.

We would like to have a strong Crusaders representation in attendance to farewell " Schoe" and if you are able to attend please wear your Crusaders blazer .
