🥊 HEALING ON COUNTRY & HOT BOX’N BOXING PROGRAM 🌿
KALACC is excited to launch our Healing on Country & HOT BOX’N Boxing Program, running from 10–14 August 2026 in Fitzroy Crossing.
This program brings together boxing, fitness, mentoring, cultural healing and community connection to promote healthier lifestyles, resilience, confidence and positive pathways for our community.
Throughout the week, an experienced coach from Big Rigs Boxing Gym will deliver morning technical boxing sessions and evening community boxing classes, one-on-one classes, welcoming youth, men and women of all ages and fitness levels. The program will then continue with Healing on Country activities, creating opportunities for participants to reconnect with culture, Country and one another.
The program aims to:
🥊 Build confidence and discipline
💪 Improve physical and mental wellbeing
🤝 Strengthen leadership, teamwork and respect
🌿 Promote healing, resilience and positive community connections
Everyone is welcome, whether you’re stepping into a boxing gym for the first time or looking to further develop your skills.
