On the 10th day of Christmas my trainer gave to me...a plank that lasted all of eternity!

& Michael...keeping those core muscles strong!

With only 15 days left until Christmas, try to keep yourself on track and in routine as much as you can.

It's easy to throw aside all the good habits you've worked so hard on over the past year, and 'wait until the new year' to start again especially over the holidays.

Keep yourself accountable and remember, there is still PLENTY of time to get started now, you don't need to wait to make a change - now is a good a time as any!
